GOOD COMPANY
Your dog. Your decisions. Your data.
Data controller: Blue Compass (Thierry Moubax), Leopoldstraat 38, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium · tmoubax@me.com. Notice updated 26 October 2026.
Private tools
Shortlists, notes, reported outcomes and saved care notebooks use browser storage. Comparison selections use session storage. Inquiry drafts stay in page memory, and nothing is sent when you create or copy one. The detailed dog profile stays in the tab unless you choose device storage. The planner saves only when requested.
If storage is blocked, the shortlist attempts session storage; otherwise changes last only while the page is open. Export your records before leaving. Exported files and calendar entries are under your control and must be deleted separately.
Ownership claims and applications
Submitting the ownership form sends your name, professional email, role, website, proposed corrections and evidence to private Vercel Blob storage for moderation. Your active consent and authority declaration are required. The form does not grant account access or publish your evidence. Existing walker applications are also private pending review.
Claim records are held while the request is unresolved or until a deletion request is processed. There is not yet an automatic retention job; contact the operator for deletion or status. No reminder subscription or assisted-inquiry delivery is active.
Hosting and measurement
We collect cookieless interaction counts (views, comparisons, saves, copied questions and provider clicks) using a random session key. We store only event, time, locale, result-count band and public catalogue IDs in private storage. No advertising tracking. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, in aggregate. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Hosting and security systems may process ordinary request metadata for service operation. No profile answers, notes, inquiry text or care dates are added to analytics events. Provider links open external sites with their own policies.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Only if you click «Accept» in the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which pages help. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_RG0GMK4RHS for up to 13 months and records the pages you view, approximate location (country/city, IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4), device and browser type, and site events such as starting a lesson or clicking the buy button, never your name, email or what you write. Google signals, advertising features and ad personalisation are off. Legal basis: your consent. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you reject, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with «Cookie settings» at the foot of every page; withdrawing removes the cookies.
Without your consent we only keep the cookieless measurement described above and what the site needs to work in your browser (your language, saved lists and course progress, stored locally and never sent to us). Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser for 13 months.
The «Tu cachorro» course and purchases
Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). From Stripe we receive the email, the name if you give it, amount, date, country and type of payment method, never your full card number. We use them to give you access, answer you, handle refunds and keep the accounting records the law requires, for the periods tax law sets. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligations.
Your progress in the course (arrival date, age band and main worry of your puppy, lessons done, the pee and nap log, your access code) is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to us; you can delete it in «Hogar» or in your browser. Course events (price page viewed, buy button clicked, lesson started, code redeemed) join the cookieless measurement above, with no personal data.
Stripe and Vercel (our host) are based in the United States for some processing; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If you write to us, we use your email only to answer.
Your choices and rights
Contact the operator for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent for a submitted request. You can raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority: Belgium’s Data Protection Authority (where the controller is based) or Spain’s AEPD. Browser-only data must be deleted on the device where it is stored.
